1. Who we are
This website is operated by Varsano Group Inc., trading as Varsano Jets. Varsano Jets is an air charter broker and not a direct air carrier. See our charter broker disclosure.
2. Quotes
Information on this website, including hourly rates, route prices and empty-leg listings, is indicative and does not constitute an offer. A quote becomes binding only when a charter agreement naming the direct air carrier has been signed by you and confirmed in writing by the carrier, and payment has been received in accordance with that agreement.
3. Charter agreements
Each flight is governed by a charter agreement that states the operating carrier, aircraft, price, cancellation terms and insurance. In the event of conflict between these terms and a charter agreement, the charter agreement prevails.
4. Payment and cancellation
Payment terms and cancellation schedules are set per trip and stated on the quote. Unless stated otherwise, payment in full is due before departure. Empty-leg flights are subject to the operation of the primary trip and may change or cancel; in that event you receive a full refund or re-accommodation at your election.
5. Passenger obligations
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details, holding valid identification and travel documents, complying with crew instructions and applicable law, and for the conduct of your party on board.
6. Liability
Liability for the carriage of passengers and baggage rests with the direct air carrier under its conditions of carriage, applicable law and international conventions. To the extent permitted by law, Varsano Jets' liability in connection with its brokerage services is limited to the brokerage fee received for the trip concerned.
7. Website use
Content on this website is the property of Varsano Group Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Photography is used under license; credits are available on request.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
