How it works
Six steps between a phone call and the tarmac.
Private aviation is simple when someone competent is holding the process. This is what that looks like with Varsano Jets.
- 01
Minutes
Brief
Call, message or use the form. Route, dates, passengers, luggage, and anything that matters: pets, a wheelchair, a cello, a 6 a.m. meeting. If you do not know which aircraft class you need, say so; that is the advisor's job.
- 02
Usually within the hour
Options
Two or three aircraft with photographs of the actual cabin, year of manufacture, operator and rating, captain's hours, and an itemized price with repositioning, fees and taxes on separate lines.
- 03
Same day
Confirm
Choose an option. We send a short charter agreement naming the operating carrier, the cancellation terms and the insurance limit. Pay by wire or card. The operator confirms in writing and the aircraft is yours.
- 04
Before departure
Prepare
You receive the itinerary with FBO addresses and gate instructions, crew names, catering confirmation, ground transport and any helicopter connection. We collect passenger ID details for the manifest and customs.
- 05
Departure day
Fly
Arrive fifteen minutes before departure. Your car drives to the aircraft where the FBO allows; the crew loads the luggage; you are airborne within minutes. Your advisor and flight ops follow the flight and manage any change.
- 06
And after
Arrive
Ground transport is at the steps. Receipts, the final statement and any adjustments arrive within 48 hours. For the next trip, we already know how you like to travel.
Where do you need to be?
Tell us the trip. An advisor replies with itemized aircraft options, usually within the hour, at any time of day.
