Varsano Jets is the private aviation division of Varsano Group Inc. We arrange private jet charter, jet card travel, empty legs, helicopter transfers and the concierge work around them, for clients who want one competent person to call.
Independence is the service.
The best aircraft for a trip is rarely the one a particular company happens to own. So we own none. Every request is put to the market, and the recommendation that comes back is driven by range, runway, cabin, crew experience, safety record and price, in that order, with nothing on our side of the table pulling for one tail over another.
We write things down. The quote names the operator, the aircraft year, the captain's hours and every fee. The contract states the cancellation terms and the insurance limit. If something changes, you read it from us before it is charged. US Department of Transportation rules for charter brokers require most of this; we would do it regardless.
And we stay small by design. Each advisor works with a limited number of clients so the person who quoted your flight is the one who answers at three in the morning when the weather at Aspen turns.

Operator audit
FAA Part 135 certificate; ARGUS Gold, Gold Plus or Platinum, or Wyvern Wingman. No exceptions for price.
Two-pilot crews
Every jet, every helicopter transfer over water or at night. Captain ATP-rated with time in type.
Trip-specific check
A third-party safety report on the aircraft, the operator and both pilots before each flight.
Insurance
Operator liability cover confirmed, typically $50M to $300M, with the certificate available before you fly.
Itemized pricing
Flight time, repositioning, fees and tax as separate lines. Operator named on the quote.
Funds protection
Client deposits held in a segregated account and never commingled with operating funds.
Flight following
Your advisor and flight ops track the aircraft from positioning to arrival and manage the connections.
Discretion
Manifests, itineraries and preferences are held in confidence and shared only with the operator and crew.
